Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County District and Magistrate Courts:

David D. Patrick, 27, entered Alford plea (admitting sufficient evidence exists to convict while maintaining innocence) to possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and trafficking cocaine. Sentenced to four concurrent terms totaling nine years in state prison with all but one year suspended and credit for six days served, and $300 lab fees. Placed on five years supervised probation with $15 monthly probation costs while employed and special conditions of $100 DNA testing fee, $100 restitution to New Mexico State Police, and substance abuse screening with counseling if needed. Subject to two years parole release supervision if imprisoned.

Jose Barrera, 35, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, first offense, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and no driver’s license. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail with credit for 90 days served and $318 fines and fees at $50 per month after re-entering United States. Placed on 274 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of attending MADD victim impact panel, 48 hours community service, alcohol abuse screening and treatment if needed, installing vehicle ignition interlock, completing DWI school, and reporting to DWI probation office within 24 hours of re-entering United States.

Marie G. Madrid, 36, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $215 fees, and placed on supervised probation for same period with special conditions of reporting immediately to probation officer, making $100 contribution to Crime Stoppers and $200 contribution to Domestic Violence Shelter, attending MADD victim impact panel, substance abuse screening and treatment if needed, and installing vehicle ignition interlock with payment for installation and monthly fees.

Thomas Jara Jr., 28, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and $515 fine, court costs, and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of alcohol abuse screening and treatment if needed, 48 hours community service, MADD victim impact panel, and DWI school.

Raymond Wells, 18, pleaded no contest to careless driving, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object and filing a false police report. Sentenced to $1,777 fines and court costs, all but $527 suspended, to be paid at $50 per month.

Gregory Hanner pleaded no contest to careless driving. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs and fees, and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation with condition of obeying all laws.

Jesus Gil, 42, appealed to District Court following Oct. 17 Magistrate Court guilty plea to charges of driving while license suspended with sentence of 364 days in county jail, none suspended, and $75 court costs and fees.

Alvin Gooden, 42, pleaded no contest to indecent exposure. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 182 suspended, and $1,067 fine and court costs, all but $67 suspended. Placed on supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of no possession or consumption of alcohol or drugs, allowing probation officer to visit home or work, and reporting to magistrate probation office within 24 hours of release from jail.

Fabian Carrerra, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to terms totaling 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $364 fine, court costs and fees to be paid at $50 per month. Placed on unsupervised probation for same period. Allowed to complete 71 hours community service in lieu of payment.

Danny Griego admitted to violating probation on Aug. 18 conviction for shoplifting under $100. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 182 days in county jail with credit for 37 days served in jail or probation and 145 days remaining to be served with no good time allowed.

Thomas Jerry, 27, admitted to violating probation on June 9 conviction for assault on a household member. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 182 days in county jail with credit for 152 days served in jail or probation and 30 days remaining to be served with good time authorized, plus $100 bench warrant fee to be paid at $50 per month beginning Dec. 17.

Edward Salas, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail with credit for any time served in pre-sentence confinement plus $67 court costs and fees.

John Hernandez, 33, pleaded guilty to concealing identity. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and $567 court costs and fees, all but $167 suspended, at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for same period.

Robert Navarro, 53, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, no brake lights, no insurance, and improper plate. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but three suspended with credit for three days served and $276 court costs, fees, and bench warrant fee. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs. Allowed to serve 34 hours community service in lieu of court costs and fees with $100 remaining for bench warrant fee payment.

Jason Jones, 24, pleaded guilty to unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 10 suspended with credit for two days served, and $1,067 fine, court costs and fees, all but $67 suspended. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period to run concurrently with probation currently being served.

Heather Guebara, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs and fees, and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation.

Mark Sutton, 32, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 180 days in county jail, all suspended, and $167 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on unsupervised probation for same period.

Jason Chavoya, 23, entered Alford plea (admitting sufficient evidence exists to convict while maintaining innocence) to attempted possession of an explosive device. Placed on 364 days unsupervised probation with special conditions of obeying all laws, keeping court informed of current address, making $250 donation to Coats for Kids, and paying $67 court costs and fees, and if defendant does not get orders to South Korea, reporting to probation office to be placed on supervised probation.

Christopher Madrid, 21, pleaded guilty to concealing identity and defective vehicle equipment. Judgment deferred 182 days, ordered to pay $132 fine, court costs and fees, and placed on 182 days unsupervised probation.

Johnny Castillo pleaded no contest to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for same period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of reporting to probation office within 24 hours of release from charges in Texas and attending anger management classes. Probation allowed to revert to unsupervised status after anger management classes completed.

Drewie Little, 24, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated (refused chemical testing). Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all but two suspended. Judas Gonzales, 31, pleaded no contest to driving while license revoked. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 64 suspended with credit for one day served, and $375 fine and court costs. Susan Mize, 37, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $167 court costs at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for same period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of anger management classes through domestic violence shelter, remaining on antidepressant medication as prescribed by doctor and no alcohol consumption. Louis Tenorio, 38, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and failure to display registration. Sentenced to two consecutive terms totaling 728 days in county jail with credit for seven days served and remainder suspended, and $732 fine, court costs, and fees. Placed on probation for remaining period with special conditions of reporting immediately to probation officer, no contact with victim, and attending anger management classes. Allowed to serve 143 hours community service in lieu of payment.

Jerry Anson, 42, pleaded no contest to battery, assault, and disorderly conduct. Judgment deferred 182 days, ordered to pay $161 court costs and fees, and placed on two concurrent terms of 182 days unsupervised probation.

Barry Burch, 28, pleaded guilty to public affray, two counts of criminal damage, and concealing identity, and no contest to eluding an officer. Sentenced to four concurrent terms of 182 days in county jail and one concurrent term of 364 days, all but 20 suspended with credit for one day served, and $255 fine, fees, and court costs at $50 per month. Placed on 344 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of reporting immediately to probation officer and payment of restitution by April 20. If restitution not paid in full, ordered to serve remainder of sentence in county jail.

Wilfred Webskowski, 60, appealed to District Court regarding Oct. 21 Magistrate Court sentence following conviction in Sept. 9 jury trial for aggravated driving while intoxicated (more than 0.16 alcohol content), second offense, and failure to maintain traffic lane. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 60 suspended, and $718 fine, fees, and court costs. Placed on 314 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation fees and special conditions of reporting to probation officer within 24 hours of release from jail, alcohol abuse screening and treatment if needed, 48 hours community service, attending MADD victim impact panel, and installing vehicle ignition interlock. George Solano, 43, pleaded guilty to speeding 72 in 55 mph zone, no commercial vehicle stop lamps, no insurance, failure to carry registration and identification permit, and no commercial driver’s license. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 14 suspended with credit for two days served, and $680 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 350 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special condition of reporting to probation office within 24 hours.

Jose I. Garcia, 56, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, and driving with no lights at night. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and $570 fine, court costs, and fees. Placed on 364 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of alcohol abuse screening and treatment if needed, attending MADD victim impact panel, installing ignition interlock on vehicle, and attending DWI school.

Andrew E. Sena, 42, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Steve Gershon, 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Conditional discharge granted and placed on 182 days unsupervised probation with condition of obeying all laws.

Mitchell Milton, 50, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Eddie Castillas, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all but 10 suspended with credit for 10 days served, and $375 fine and fees at $50 per month. Placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period with condition of obeying all laws.

Francisco Naranjo, 23, admitted to violating probation on May 29 conviction for driving while license revoked and concealing identity. Raiden Yvesd Montez admitted to violating probation on July 17 conviction for assault n a household member. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 182 days in county jail, all but 102 days suspended with credit for 96 days served with no good time allowed, and paying $100 bench warrant fee and remaining balance of $251 fines and fees. Placed on 80 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and original conditions of attending anger management classes, alcohol and drug screening with treatment if needed. Ramona Gonzales, 26, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and failure to yield to emergency vehicle. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but four suspended with credit for three days served, and $1,130 fine and court costs, all but $130 suspended at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with condition of obeying all laws.

Christine Tapia, 28, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, and driving while license suspended. Adam Jacoby, 19, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Jason Sweeny, 17, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period.

Jesse Garza, 24, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Sentenced to two concurrent terms of 90 days in county jail, all but five suspended with credit for one day served, and $320 fine, court costs and fees.
