Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County District Court:

Tabitha Wilson, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentencing deferred 18 months and placed on supervised probation for same period with $15 monthly probation costs special conditions of substance abuse counseling and $100 DNA testing. Granted credit for 10 days served and subject to one year parole release supervision if incarcerated.

Tony Montoya, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced to 2 1/2 years in state prison with a medium security recommendation, including one year habitual offender enhancement, with credit for 119 days served. All but one year suspended and placed on 18 months supervised probation with $25 monthly probation costs and special conditions of substance abuse screening and treatment if needed, paying any court costs or mandatory fines, and $175 lab and DNA fee. Subject to one year parole supervision upon release.

Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County Magistrate Court:

Juan Carlos Nunez, 19, pleaded no contest to public affray and possession of alcohol by a minor. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and $104 fine and court costs. Placed on 182 days probation.

Charles Ray, 23, admitted to violating probation on July 7 conviction of driving while license suspended. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 364 days in county jail with credit for 54 days served and 300 remaining to be served in jail or treatment program. If admitted to treatment and released or discharged before 300 days, ordered to return to jail or be charged with escape.

Kerri Walter, 19, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs. Placed on unsupervised probation for same period.

Joe I. Gallegos, 27, pleaded no contest to battery and assault. Granted conditional discharge, placed on 182 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special condition of attending anger management classes, and ordered to pay $82 court costs and fees. Probation allowed to revert to unsupervised status after completion of anger management classes.

Joe A. Roldan, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and failure to use seat belts. Judgment deferred 90 days, placed on unsupervised probation for same period, and ordered to pay $98 court costs.

Jason Gutierrez, 24, admitted to violating probation on May 9, 2002, conviction of two counts of possession of controlled substance. Andres Chavez, 19, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, first offense. Adam Jacoby, 19, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $167 court costs and fees. Placed on unsupervised probation for same period.

Michelle Shober, 19, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of alcohol.
