Recent dispositions from Roosevelt County District Court:

Chris Keim, 20, found guilty of receiving or disposing of stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will serve 2 1/2 years of supervised probation.

Lonnie Colglazier, 45, found guilty of fraud (over $250) and shoplifting (over $100). He will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

Recent dispositions in Magistrate Court:

William Salazar Jr., 33, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (second offense) and will serve seven days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 357 days of supervised probation.

Marco Varela, 58, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated and duty upon striking a fixed object. He will serve two days in the RCDC and 88 days of supervised probation.

Mario Montoya, 22, found guilty of unlawful possession of a switchblade and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

Dustin Dayhoff, 19, found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol, which is deferred for 60 days of unsupervised probation.

Tyson West, 19, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated and will serve four days in the RCDC and 86 days of supervised probation.

Daniel Braddock, 42, found guilty of exporting livestock from Chaves County to Roosevelt County without prior inspection. The charges are deferred for six months.

Adam Visser, 20, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. He will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Jeremiah Mascarenas, 24, found guilty of driving on a revoked license and concealing identification. He will serve seven days in the RCDC and 539 days of supervised probation.
