-- David Coehlo, 46, pleaded guilty to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and allowed to serve 8 added days in jail in lieu of $326 fine, court costs and fees. All but 30 days suspended and placed on 334 days supervised probation. Sentence amended to 63 hours community service in lieu of 8 days in jail.

--Lorrissa Short, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting under $100. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail with credit for one day served, 40 hours community service, $551 fine, court costs and fees. Remaining jail time and $51 suspended and placed on 182 days supervised probation with $35 per month probation fee. Bench warrant issued for probation violation; pleaded guilty to violating probation and sentenced to 182 days in county jail with credit for 3 days served and all but 15 days suspended. Probation of 182 days to remain as sentenced and ordered to pay $100 bench warrant fee.

--John Marez, 71, pleaded guilty to driving without vehicle registration or insurance and driving while license revoked. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail with credit for 8 days served and $437 fine, court costs and fees. Remaining jail time suspended and placed on 356 days supervised probation with $35 per month probation fee. Allowed to serve 85 hours community service at Lighthouse Mission in lieu of fines and fees.

--Lorraine Maes, 45, pleaded guilty to shoplifting under $100 and failure to use child restraint. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail with credit for 3 days served, $215 fine, court costs and fees. All but 32 days suspended and placed on 152 days supervised probation. Allowed to serve 42 hours community service at animal shelter in lieu of fines and fees

--Michael Sacerio, 26, pleaded no contest to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to 15 days in county jail and $176 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 15 days unsupervised probation.

--Mike Romero, 36, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving while license suspended. Sentencing deferred 90 days and placed on two consecutive periods of 90 days unsupervised probation with $98 court costs and fees.

--Laureano Nunez, 38, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $51 court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days supervised probation with $35 per month probation fee.

--Cary Harrell, 33, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentencing deferred 90 days and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation with $59 court costs and fees.

--Lazaro Veleta Martinez, 42, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail with credit for three days served and $548 fine, court costs and fees. Remaining jail time suspended and placed on 361 days supervised probation with special conditions of alcohol abuse screening, 48 hours community service, attending MADD victim impact panel, and DWI school.

--Adan Sandoval, 18, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol. Proceedings suspended and granted a conditional discharge with 30 hours of community service related to reducing the incidence of driving while intoxicated and $51 court costs and fees.

--Dejuan L. Dickson, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $209 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days unsupervised probation.

--Kaleaf Gardley, 21, pleaded guilty to concealing identity and minor in possession of alcohol. Sentenced to 180 days in county jail, $182 fine, court costs and fees, and 30 hours of community service related to reducing the incidence of driving while intoxicated. Jail time suspended and placed on 180 days unsupervised probation.

--Hector Fierro, 51, pleaded guilty to careless driving and no drivers license. Sentencing deferred, ordered to pay $108 court costs and fees, and placed on 364 days unsupervised probation.

--Carlos Baca, 21, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of anger management classes, payment of restitution, no contact with victim, and $35 probation fee per month.

--Andrew B. Tapia, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, $660 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of alcohol abuse screening, attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, installing ignition interlock, and $35 per month probation fee.

--Brad Lucero, 28, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $359 fine, court costs and fees. All but 7 days suspended and placed on 357 days supervised probation with special conditions of immobilizing vehicle for 30 days and payment of $35 per month probation fee.

--Katherine Combs, 26, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, $263 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 180 days supervised probation with special conditions of alcohol abuse screening, 48 hours community service, attend MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, installing ignition interlock, and $35 per month probation costs.

--Fred R. Romero, 51, pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated. Found guilty in jury trial and sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $949 fine, court costs and fees. All but 150 days suspended and placed on 364 days supervised probation upon completion of jail term with special conditions of alcohol abuse screening, attending MADD victim impact panel, installing ignition interlock, and $35 per month probation costs.

--Dustyn Petner, 20, admitted to violating probation on July 16, 2002, conviction of criminal damage under $1,000. Probation continued with additional condition of paying $135 restitution per week.

--Amanda Loflin, 31, pleaded guilty to prohibited tobacco sales. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $51 court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days unsupervised probation.

--Tommy E. Sena, 31, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $51 court costs and fees. All but 182 days of jail time suspended and ordered to have no alcohol before reporting to jail.

--James T. Harmon, 61, pleaded guilty to transportation of livestock without inspection, failure to carry bill of sale of livestock and importation of livestock. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail and $1,133 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 364 days unsupervised probation.

--John Harris, 23, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail with credit for one day served and $151 fine, court costs and fees. Remaining jail time suspended and placed on 363 days supervised probation with special conditions of no contact with victim and anger management classes.

--Dorothy Casillas, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 180 days in county jail and $151 fine, court costs and fees. Jail time suspended and placed on 180 days unsupervised probation.
