Here are dispositions of court cases recorded recently in Magistrate Court:

•Benjamin Pacheco, 39, guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (first); and no insurance and driver’s license. He will serve two days in jail and 90 days of supervised probation.

•Christy Martinez, 27, guilty of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to pay restitution to the business in the amount of $112.40 plus court costs.

•Michael Gines, 28, guilty of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to pay restitution to the business in the amount of $77.53 plus court costs.

•Eduardo Garcia-Ortega, 32, guilty of consumption of alcohol in public and is ordered to pay $100 fine plus court costs.

•Erineo Gallegos, 31, guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (second) and will serve 14 days in jail and 350 days of supervised probation.

•Victor Rodriguez, 27, guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (first) and will serve two days in jail and 364 days of supervised probation.

•David Romero, 18, guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve six months in jail.

•Eddie Perry, 48, guilty of driving on revocation, negligent use of a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property. He will serve seven days in jail and 539 days of supervised probation.

•Mikel Baca, 19, guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

•Sofia Hernandez, 18, guilty of attempted tampering of evidence and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

•Armando Castillo, 24, guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

•Joel Chaj-Gonzalez, 38, guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will 90 days of supervised probation.

•Joe Dominguez, 30, guilty of assault on a household member and will serve six months of supervised probation.

•Ronnie Garcia, 37, guilty of unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon and will serve 182 days of unsupervised probation.

•Bernadette Lucero, 29, guilty of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to pay restitution to the business in the amount of $83.52 plus court costs.

District Court dispositions:

•Mindy Smith, 24, guilty of trafficking cocaine and will serve five years of supervised probation.

•Tiffany Rodgers, 20, guilty of leaving the scene of an accident (great bodily harm or death) and will serve six months in jail and 2 1/2 years on the community corrections release program.

•Dominique Prentice Griffin, 19, guilty of criminal damage to property (over $1,000) and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.
