    CLOVIS — Even though eastern New Mexico saw some stray snowflakes fall on Friday, meteorologists say don't expect a white Christmas this year.     CLOVIS — Anybody planning to do business at the Curry County Administrative Complex next week may want to dress warm. The boiler for the building, located at 417 Gidding, went out of commission Friday morning.     CLOVIS — The Curry County Commission is fully staffed again, more than two months after the resignation of its previous commissioner for District 4. Seth Martin, a lifelong Clovis resident, is a sorghum and wheat farmer and runs Martin Farms, a local family-owned small business in the city. Austin Fuentes and Stevin Lindsey were not included on the roster initially released for the game, scheduled for 7 p.m. June 9 at a site to be determined in Albuquerque.
