    CLOVIS — Curry County commissioners today are expected to identify a list of roads damaged by rain this year to send to the state in order to receive disaster relief funding. Commissioners previously approved a resolution to seek disaster relief. About 35 roads were damaged by rainfall in 2017, officials have said.     CLOVIS — Three Clovis High seniors received slots on the District 2-6A volleyball team. Middle blocker Lexi Cole was named to the first team, libero Kyli Osborn was named to the second team and setter Sydni Hill received an honorable mention.     ROCKWALL, Texas — Clovis had 11 swimmers travel to the Cor Classic, a national invitational, and they churned out 67 personal-best times, 40 far-western qualifying times, 26 sectional times and two junior national times while competing in 77 events.     PORTALES — The Portales City Council will review two applications for beer and wine licenses by Portales restaurants at its meeting tonight in the Memorial Building.     CLOVIS — The Eastern Plains Council of Governments held a brief special meeting of its executive committee Monday morning, approving a resolution to extend its line of credit with the Citizens Bank of Clovis another six months.
