    STAFF REPORT A Portales man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child. Benjamin Pritchett, 55, was booked at the Roosevelt County Detention Center on Thursday, according to an arrest affidavit obtained Tuesday. According to the affidavit, the victim said Pritchett assaulted her three years ago at his home.
