    AUSTIN, Texas — Eastern New Mexico University’s Melina Gryschka capped a strong performance in the Texas Relays on Saturday, finishing sixth in the women’s 1,500 with a time of 4 minutes, 28.45 seconds.     PRMC celebrates free meal program CLOVIS — Plains Regional Medical Center has celebrated its inaugural year of offering free meals and snacks to children visiting the hospital, according to a PRMC release.     ROOSEVELT COUNTY — One person was killed late Saturday following a vehicle accident south of Clovis on U.S. 70. The accident happened about 11:40 p.m. in Roosevelt County, officials said. The name of the victim was not released.     CLOVIS — Following the failure of previous negotiations, the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority is asserting eminent domain rights to secure passage through the land of a local property owner.
