    Report cards Students will receive their third nine-week report cards today. Grades 60 and above are passing. Yearbooks Friday is the last day to order a 2012-2013 El Coyote yearbook for $50.   • Second pipe bomb discovered

    A task force headed by state and federal agencies is investigating a second pipe bomb found within city limits in the last week. The latest device was brought to Clovis Municipal Court about 9 a.m. Monday by a citizen who told police he found it near the Prince Street overpass, officials said. City employees also found what was later confirmed as a pipe bomb near the entrance of the city landfill on March 5. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made in... Full story

    Melrose Mayor Tuck Monk said his village has a water system that was installed in the 1920s that desperately needs repairs, so he was pleased that the Senate approved funding for it.     SANTA FE — In a case that tests anti-discrimination protection for gays, a religious rights group told the New Mexico Supreme Court on Monday that a photographer who declined to shoot the commitment ceremony of a lesbian couple was exercising her rights to free speech and artistic freedom.
