Lady Eagles post sweep over Clovis

HOBBS — The Hobbs Lady Eagles notched a 17-8, 15-5 District 4-5A softball sweep over the Clovis High Lady Wildcats on Tuesday night.

Hobbs improved to 13-13 overall and 4-4 in the district with its second sweep this season over the Lady Wildcats (3-20, 0-6). No other information was available at press time.

The Lady Cats wrap up the regular season on Friday night with a 4:30 p.m. district twin bill against Carlsbad at Lady Wildcat Field.
