    The Communication Department at Eastern New Mexico University is looking to reboot its radio station after one-and-a-half years of being off the air. The department is hoping to start streaming content from its website in the upcoming fall semester.     After 14 hours of relentless walking around Eastern New Mexico University's Greyhound Arena, participants in the Portales Relay for Life finally got to stop at 5 a.m. Saturday. With 37 teams and over 370 participants, the Relay raised about $9,000 so far.     Wesley Brown, along with his wife Linda, was recently awarded the Floyd Lions Club Citizen of the Year at this year's Floyd Jamboree for his services as the sound designer of the show. Carmen Polk brought her nephew Josiah, who hoped to find Laffy-Taffy, bubble gum, and chocolates in the little plastic eggs.     The Altrusa Club hosted its first Char-i-Tea event Saturday to raise money and donate books for a new library at the New Mexico Baptist Children's Home.     The 2013 Tumbleweed Classic cattle dog trials were held at the 21st annual New Mexico Ag Expo on Wednesday. Dogs and their handlers competed in four trials: The fetch, the Y chute, the maze, and the double-gated pen obstacle in the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds outdoor arena.     Sen. Stuart Ingle, R-Portales, has introduced a bill for the appropriation of funds to create a new master's degree in nursing education program at Eastern New Mexico University. SB 216 will allocate $180,000 per year for three years to ENMU's new program, after which time the program would become self-sufficient.
